BioLog - 2nd place at UX Fest SLO
In April, a lovely team of Cal Poly students and I collaborated on a healthcare-based app prototype for UX Fest SLO - a UX-focused design challenge held fully virtually. We envisioned a platform that provides users a comprehensive look at their important health information such as prescriptions, healthcare contacts, and medical conditions. Our project is called BioLog, and our team took 2nd place! Designing with senior citizen users in mind was our main concern. We read up on accessibility-focused design principles, ran multiple sessions of user testing, and sought critique from the amazing mentors at the event to improve on our information architecture and refine our design choices. By no means is it a fully polished prototype, but I am super proud of the work we've done! View our prototype below! (Best viewed on a computer)
